10/2 slp at 2-230am woke at 6 bake cookies,
brought some over to school to share but it was not sweet..
hais, i put 1 hour in kneading the dough but no one knews..
and by adding in more egg the dough become so much tougher to knead..
on top of tat i knead till my hand hurt and the dough is not up yet..
it took an hour plus in total.. but no ones see the effort not even the made.
it took so long as i wan to reduce the sweet content by adding in more egg ,less sugar plus less chocochip and salt, it is not tat i cant bake sweet cookie..
i took many thing into consideration, but i missed out one point,
i forget tat naturally butter is salty, and i didnt use unsalted butter for it..
but i wan my cookie to be flaky and a bit more sticky, whereas ppl wan it sweet hais..
but nvm.. there are still some who appreciates it..
had a presentation and i somehow flunk it,
i didnt even have a look at how the presentation was
it was kinda last min, even the idea i was not certain abt
so everything went slow, but it is over somehow..
now left with new media and oop project for next week,
and the following will be the trigger for thte main exam for sem 2
everything is just so freaking packed up and rush..
after school i rush over home straight and reach home by 1,
i make my second batch of cookies,
but this time the butter was ready and all it left was the kneading
i added in chocoflake as i cant find chocolate syrup or sauce
hence the overall of the cookie was hard and less sweet as compared.
it is uneven too and i skipped some step which make the cookie hard when it is cool..
i needa get an electric whisk asap..
went to cine to meet up with mummy and pals,
sing kbox.. it was quite fun but the only think not fun was tat my phone battery leakage
which make my phone died within 2-3 hour time.
i cant catch up with one song lyrics too as the orange juice is the killer to my throat,
it make it so pain tat i can sing out.. but nvm i still did my best
after tat my voice is back to me slowly and bit by bit..
take mrt to cityhall and was initially wanted to collect pay by ended up the person in charge has left,
so we all leave somehow,
then go walk walk eat dinner and head home..
reach home charged phone replied a msg and headed to bed it was really tiring day for me
no one knews..
